Amazon Marketplace Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Creation:
Generate shipment plans and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Monitor shipment status and address any issues or delays proactively.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process incoming orders from Amazon customers, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize order picking and packing processes.
Stock Updation:
Regularly update inventory levels on the Amazon platform to reflect accurate stock availability.
Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Margin Analysis:
Analyze sales data and pricing strategies to maximize margins while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and promotional activities.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting purposes.
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track various metrics related to sales, inventory, and profitability.
Shipment Reconciliation:
Reconcile inbound and outbound shipments with Amazon's receiving and shipping reports to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipment quantities or condition.
Inventory Reconciliation and Forecasting:
Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with the records on Amazon's platform.
Utilize historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand and optimize inventory levels.
Listing Management:
Update product listings on the Amazon platform with accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing.
Monitor listing performance and make necessary adjustments to improve visibility and sales.
Reimbursements and FBA Issue Resolution:
Manage reimbursement requests and track refunds from Amazon for lost or damaged inventory.
Address FBA-related issues such as inventory discrepancies, fulfillment errors, and customer complaints promptly.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to address operational challenges and optimize processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on the Amazon Marketplace.
Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and order management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes is preferred.
