We are seeking a talented and passionate Vegan Chef to join our team. As a Vegan Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious plant-based dishes that delight our customers. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop and execute creative menus, source high-quality ingredients, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**:
- Develop and create innovative vegan dishes that appeal to a wide range of tastes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus.
- Ensure that all menu items adhere to vegan dietary guidelines.
- **Food Preparation**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of vegan dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
- Source high-quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Manage inventory and food costs.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Interact with customers to answer questions about menu items and dietary restrictions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a vegan or vegetarian restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of plant-based ingredients.
- Passion for creating delicious and creative vegan dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Food safety certification (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
