**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance targets and KPIs.
Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
Conduct sales meetings, review sales strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.

**Business Development**:Identify and target potential clients in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's design capabilities and solutions.
Provide personalized recommendations and design solutions tailored to client requirements.
**Sales Process Oversight**:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to project closure.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Relay client requirements and preferences to the design team, ensuring alignment with design concepts.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market feedback and insights.
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design concepts, trends, and industry best practices.
- Ability to understand and translate client requirements into effective design solutions.
- Proficiency in sales tracking and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
