We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to take charge of the responsibilities outlined in the job description and drive our team to new heights

a) **Quality Monitoring & Control**:

- Ensure that the finished product meets the company's quality standards by conducting routine inspections and testing.

b) **Product Testing**:

- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of products in accordance with Bookwater specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of product testing and documentation.

c) **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update records for all quality checks and product tests.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to the Quality Manager.
- Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, customers, and internal teams.

d) **Compliance & Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (FSSAI, BIS, FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and other regulatory guidelines.

e) **Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions**:

- Identify quality-related issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with the production team to resolve quality-related problems promptly.

f) **Training & Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide training to operators and production staff on quality processes and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

g) **Supplier Quality Management**:

- Assist in supplier quality audits and ensure that raw materials and packaging materials meet required standards.
- Monitor the production process to identify any deviations from quality standards and take corrective action.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures, testing methods, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, microbiological analysis, and physical/chemical testing methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
