**ORGANISATION PROFILE**

Reality Tours and Travel (RTT) is one half of a dynamic social enterprise that aims to raise awareness and resources to address social issues facing disadvantaged communities. The organisation is most well-known for its slum tours of Mumbai and Delhi, which highlight the small-scale industries and community spirit in its residential areas and dispel myths about the realities of urban slum life.

80% of the profits from the tours go to support the social work undertaken by its sister organisation Reality Gives - our NGO that runs and supports educational and other projects to improve the lives of our communities.

RTT is now looking to recruit new members of staff to consolidate and expand its operations.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

You need to bring a sense of passion and enjoyment to your work and be able to work well with people of all backgrounds.

The role is a long-term, salaried position.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Allocating tours to tour guides
- Liaising with external contractors (eg Transportation/Hotel partners) to ensure deliverables are met
- Chasing customers for unpaid invoices
- Researching new suppliers (hotel, transportation, meals, activities) and updating company database
- Updating company database for changes to costs

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- You have minimum 2 years working experience
- You have good typing skills
- You have very good interpersonal, spoken and writing abilities in English (Hindi essential, other regional languages helpful)
- You have very good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Gdrive etc
- You are happy to do tasks that aren’t always strictly in line with your Job Description

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dharavi, Mumbai - 400017, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
