Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- Maintain and manage the calendar for the department or individual leaders.
- Draft reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings and handling confidential information.
- Take minutes during meetings and assist in the preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.
- Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Organize internal and external events, including team-building activities, company conferences, or client meetings.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, customers, or partners, ensuring they receive excellent service.
