Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing and Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, developing marketing strategies, planning and executing campaigns, conducting market analysis, and supporting product launches. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze data and consumer insights to understand target audiences, preferences, and purchasing behaviors, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product launch plans, including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and consumer behavior research.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and seamless execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years experience in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and marketing strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, campaign planning, and execution across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A creative mindset, critical thinking abilities
- Knows social media marketing and canva
