**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Management**:

- **Amazon**:

- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, leveraging tools like Helium 10 for keyword research and ranking optimization.
- Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for improved ROI.
- **Flipkart and Meesho**:

- Upload and maintain accurate product listings, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
- Optimize product visibility using relevant keywords and promotional tools offered by these platforms.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- **E-Commerce Growth Strategies**:

- Develop strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions across all marketplaces.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing to stay competitive.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and promotions tailored to each platform's audience.
- **Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Monitor ad spend and performance, generating insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Use data analytics to refine targeting, bids, and creative assets for better engagement.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**:

- Use photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) to create high-quality images, infographics, and banners.
- Develop A+ Content (Amazon) and visually compelling product descriptions for all platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to marketplace guidelines and reflects brand consistency.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Regularly track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics for each platform.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Use Helium 10, Flipkart Marketplace Insights, and other tools to monitor market trends and competition.
- **Inventory and Operations Coordination**:

- Work with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels across platforms.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
- Resolve marketplace queries and disputes promptly to maintain positive ratings and reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Seller Panel.
- Advanced knowledge of Helium 10 and tools for keyword research and performance tracking.
- Basic to intermediate skills in photo editing software (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and reporting.
