**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Design and Planning**:Develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to understand project requirements and constraints.
Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather relevant data.

**Project Management**:Oversee the entire architectural project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and consultants, to ensure smooth execution of architectural plans.
Monitor and review construction progress, addressing any issues or modifications as needed.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and management.

**Research and Development**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Conduct research and analysis to incorporate innovative and sustainable design elements into architectural projects.
Explore new technologies and software tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of architectural design processes.

**Client Collaboration**:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their design objectives, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and progress.
Work closely with clients to develop design solutions that meet their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.

**Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

**Salary**: ₹10,559.09 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
