- **Tally & Tally Prime Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Tally Prime.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Handle all GST-related activities, including filing GST returns and managing GST compliance.
- Prepare and maintain GST records and ensure timely reconciliation.
- **Financial Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain all financial documentation including credit notes, debit notes, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory accounting, ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in the system.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assist management in decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Tally and Tally Prime is mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a bike for local travel and office commutes.
