Experience: 3 to 5 yrs of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, specifically within the context of promoting Cardiology and Oncology services.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions within the Cardiology and Oncology specialties.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SMarketing Officer to join with Manipal Hospitals, Vijayawada, with a focus on the Cardiology or Oncology specialties. As a Marketing Officer specializing in Cardiology or Oncology, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to promote our hospital's services in these specialties. Your goal will be to attract and retain patients, build strong relationships with referring physicians, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization's Cardiology or Oncology departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies specifically tailored for the Cardiology and Oncology specialties, in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
- Identify and target potential referring physicians, medical practices and healthcare facilities to generate new business opportunities within the Cardiology and Oncology services
- develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the hospitals overall objectives and targets for the Cardiology and Oncology departments.
- Collaborate closely with the Cardiology and Oncology departments, physicians, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and develop targeted campaigns.
- Create compelling and accurate content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and press releases, focusing on the unique aspects and benefits of our Cardiology and Oncology services.
- Manage and maintain the hospital's online presence in relation to the Cardiology and Oncology specialties, including website content, social media platforms, and online directories.
- Organize and coordinate specialty-specific events, Camps to promote the hospital's Cardiology and Oncology services and engage with referring physicians, patients, and the local community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities within the Cardiology and Oncology specialties through data analysis, feedback, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management on marketing initiatives, results, and recommendations for improvement within the Cardiology and Oncology specialties.
