Relationship Executive

Chennai, India UBI Service Ltd Full time

The Executive will be responsible for the MSME business performance in the allotted geographical area and he/she reports to the sales manager.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for lead generation and completion of the team target.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing strong, experience-led mentorship
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Develop a team through continuous upskilling & training programs, thereby building capabilities.
- Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
- Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members.

**Job Specific skills**:

- To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
- Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
- Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures practices and continuously contribute to their improvement

**Educational Qualification**:
**Minimum Experience**:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of Education Loan sales experience

**Remuneration**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
