**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Ensure implementation of required Checklist, SOP, EHS, Emergency Plan and other guidelines issued from time to time.
Ensuring the office operates in compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.
Manage the entire gamut of administration such as Housekeeping/ Security/ Pantry services/ cafeteria/ petty cash/ parking/ Travel and Transport.
Selecting and managing ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example, cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Studying, evaluating and recommending office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization’s business needs.
Keep stock of office supplies, maintain inventories and place orders when necessary. Ensure coordination with all technical issues (Break down, Shut down Etc.).
Daily rounds for the facility inspection and modification of systems/procedures. Keep a record of all the professionals and vendors visiting the office.
Liaising with functional or operational managers to ensure that office administration guidelines, procedures, tools, and systems are appropriate for current and future business needs.
2 to 3 years of experience in office administration or facility management
Experience in getting quotations and managing POs.
Good experience in MS Office
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Suitable Diploma or bachelor’s degree
**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
