Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s customers.
- Provide L3 production support for clients which involves analysis, bug fixing etc

middleware’s, DB servers etc
- Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities
- Flexible to support on shift/weekends.
- Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement

Primary Location should be Bangalore (open for Relocation)

Primary Skill:
Exp
- 7 to 10yrs

- Medium exposure to SQL
- Leading a small team (Applicable for Senior Software Engineers)

**Your future duties and responsibilities**

Mandatory Skills:
Excellent Core Java Knowledge.
Good Linux/Unix knowledge
Good exposure in DB - Oracle.
Unix Scripting,ANT Script, Java Script, JSP, Servlets,HTML,CSS will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to fix the issues in production with mínimal turnaround time.
