- Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials and curricula that meet organizational needs.
- Facilitate training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers, utilizing various instructional methods to engage participants.
- Assist learners with questions, provide feedback and help them navigate the training process.
- Keep informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Excellent on Excel + PPT).
- Presentation Preparation and delivery Skills should be proper.
- Fluent English, Bengali/ Hindi Speaking, Proactive, Positive attitude towards work.
- Knowledge in Technology, Mobile Industry will give extra advantages.
- Proactive, analytical & problem-solving attitude. Must have the patience, persistence, and drive to share knowledge and guide others.

**Experience**: 1-2 years
