We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Trainer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development to join our team. Key Responsibilities :

- Training & Development : Provide hands-on training to employees on software development best practices, standard coding structures, and emerging technologies.

- Code Review : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to company and industry standards.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior developers and support them in improving their technical skills, coding efficiency, and problem-solving abilities.

- Curriculum Development : Design and update training materials, including technical documentation, coding guidelines, and workshop content tailored to the needs of the team.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the development team, QA, and other stakeholders to align training programs with project requirements and company objectives.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3 - 4 years of software development experience in languages such as Javascript, React, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, PostgresQL, API's Integration, Node Js, NextJs, Nest Js, Typescript, GraphQL, Payment Integration, AWS, Docker, Microservices and others .

- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in code review tools, version control (e.g., Git) and Project Management tools like JIRA, Trello etc.

- Training Experience: Experience in training or mentoring teams, with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, and clean code principles.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Coding and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Prior experience in a formal training or instructional role is a plus.
