**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Government Projects**
**Experience Level: 1-3 Years**
**Location: Lucknow**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, specifically focused on acquiring government projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify, pursue, and secure government projects within the Lucknow region.
Should understand government procurement processes.
Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and decision makers.
Understand project needs and requirements for successful project alignment.
Create clear and concise project proposals in response to government project requirements. Basic knowledge of creating bid documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet project specifications.
Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and government policies.
Utilize market insights to enhance the company's competitiveness.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the network.
Represent the company professionally and identify potential business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in business development with a focus on government projects.
Local presence in Lucknow with a good understanding of the local business environment. Skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of government procurement processes is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
