Job Highlights
Must-Have:
• Qualification: 12th completion mandatory/Graduation
• Strong communication skills
• Languages: English + (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam)
• Experience: Freshers only.

Additional Details:
• 6 days working /training with 1 rotational week off
• General Shift: 10 am to 7 pm
• Age limit: 18-29

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to banking products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services to effectively communicate and guide customers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures during customer interactions.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote additional banking products to customers based on their needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
