Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead generation strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored printing and packaging solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our printing and packaging solutions.
Highlight the unique selling points and advantages of our products.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
Work closely with the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or any field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing packaging industry.
Strong understanding of printing and packaging technologies and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
