Job Description
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing strategy for global sales for the flexible packaging business
  • S/he will work closely with the sales team on ground in ensuring that the right feedback is taken while creating new strategies
  • Understand the European and American markets and drive strategy to improve sales in the same
  • Maintaining of sales contracts will also form a key component of the role
  • Working closely with the senior stakeholders in India to help create future strategy is one of the most essential part of the role
The Successful Applicant
  • The ideal candidate should have atleast 12+ years of experience of sales in the flexible packaging industry
  • S/he should have some experience of managing sales strategy in the international markets as well.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • S/he should have and experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • S/he should have a good knowledge of MS Excel
  • The candidate should also have some experience of sales reporting and presales too
