This position is full-time and based on a hybrid work model: as a team we will designate certain days for in-office meetings and collaboration, and remote days for work involving individual focus â€' it will then require occasional traveling to our office in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining automation and infrastructure that support the delivery of our products to our clients
  • Participating in the on-call rotation of 3 people to provide infrastructure support when needed
  • Upholding pragmatic practices and ensuring what we build is tested to a high standard and is efficient in its use
  • Provide expertise and guidance to colleagues in developing and fulfilling non-functional software requirements
  • Collaborate with and support colleagues to aid their continuous improvement and your own
  • Document services, infrastructure, and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8years hands on experience with AWS (including Sagemaker, ECS and MSK)
  • A solid understanding of networking including IP addresses (ranges and mask), DNS routing, firewalls, load balancers and WAFs
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • A working knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) with experience in tools such as terraform or CloudFormation
  • Experience using Jenkins to support CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with scripting, preferably Python
  • Hands-on knowledge of Source control (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Understanding of applications and tools developed in .NET (C#)
  • Strong experience in Agile ways of working
