Job Title : Java Fullstack developer - L3
Experience : 8+yrs YrsLocation : Bangalore / PuneJob Description : 
Java Fullstack developer (JIRA,TEMPO,Real estate,Trade area) 
Key Responsibilities :
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop user-facing features using Java frameworks (such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaServer
  • Faces) for web applications.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Create and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end systems.
  • Familiar with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins
  • Good to have: Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud deployment.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the applications by implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end systems.
  • Create/Modify custom Jira Plugin using Java, Atlassian SDK and Atlassian UI front-end library.
  • Model new/existing Database Tables to store new business data. Write Complex queries (and Views) to fetch meaningful data from database.
  • Create/Modify custom processes (Spring Boot) to handle different phases of Timesheet management.
  • Write ScriptRunner Behaviours using Groovy to modify issue Edit screens as required - make attributes visible/hidden and optional/required based on values of other attributes
  • Create/modify ScriptRunner Listeners and/or issue workflow post functions using Groovy to
  • modify issues as required - set values or create issue links based on issue attribute values on the
  • issue being modified or on the issue's parent/child issues
  • Create/modify scripts using a scripting language such as Perl and the Jira REST API to modify issues, send Tempo timesheet reminder emails, etc
  • Every 2 years, plan a Jira upgrade. Install the latest Jira and upgrade all plugins in our test environment, test thoroughly, work with users to test as well, then plan and execute the production deployment of the new Jira version
  • Implement new reports and dashboards in eazyBI per user requests for all value streams/shared services
  • Add new issue hierarchies to BigPicture as required.

  • Must have: Java, hibernate, groovy, springboot, Maven, Mybatis, Springboot JPA, jquery, spring rest templates, LDAP, Oracle DB
  • Good to have: ATLASSIAN PTY LTD Ver 9.2.0 Java, Groovy, Linux, Atlassian SDK, ScriptRunner, Bash scripting, Perl/Python, Jira REST API, Jira Java API, Azure AD SSO
