We are looking for seasoned Business Consultants with excellent understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility.
In short, preferably a high-level senior professional who can interact with CEO's, KOL's, CHRO's and understand their current Corporate Social Responsibility goals and how it can be re-positioned for the betterment of their organisation.
Corporate Business Partner CSR
Reporting to the Chief Business Officer
Individual Contributor roleÂHybrid work model
Experience: Senior Professionals with 5-7 years of successful experience in CSR Sales acting as Business partners and having the ability to convince Corporate Organizations to outsource their Corporate Social Responsibilities activities by partnership model
Only candidates from the Corporate Social Responsibility domain and have sold CSR solutions to large corporate firms may apply.
Job Overview
This is a largely independent field sales role for a sales executive with a high degree of business understanding
Comprehend client needs and design solutions aligned to the clients CSR strategy
Ability to structure large deals and successfully negotiate with senior leaders of an organization (CXOs, CHROs, CSR heads, L&D heads, L&D managers, and business heads)
Responsibilities
Acquire new accounts as well as sales growth through customer retention and achieve aggressive sales targets annually
Consult and recommend bespoke CSR solutions to mid-d and large companies and present to key decision-makers
Write effective business proposals and demonstrate sophisticated skills in sales dialogue with customers and prospects to assess needs, recommend solutions and close sales
Build and manage an active sales funnel with at least 50 accounts at various stages
Ensure project economics are maintained and negotiate value pricing
Coordinate with internal delivery teams for project execution
Attributes & Competencies
Knowledge of CSR guidelines and the Indian Skills Ecosystem
Business Acumen, ability to create a Sales Strategy and a Plan for creating a Sales Target & Forecasting Plan
Proven track record of solution selling, concept sales, new client acquisition, account management, cross selling, and up selling
Negotiations and Quantitative Skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret data)
Excel Skills, PowerPoint Skills
Social Media Presence and Savvy, Networking Skills
