Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the consultancy and skill learning development industry.
Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to inform business strategies.
Lead Generation and Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire new clients.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value propositions of our consultancy and skill learning development services.
Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
Proposal Development:

Develop customized proposals, contracts, and quotations in collaboration with the service delivery team.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Market Expansion:

Identify opportunities for market expansion and geographical growth.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.
Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and refine business development strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the consultancy and skill learning development industry.
Strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
