The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors
Process ManagerRoles and responsibilities:
- Partner with teams for insight generation towards respective cloud business, create a solid working relationship and actively participate in meetings/discussions with partners and ensure that the deliverables meet their needs.
- Support the team leads in deeper-analytics needs through ad hoc and cadenced reporting, collaborating with other team members on larger tasks, and providing weekly progress updates
- Deal with ambiguity, ability to read between the lines and understand the real request or problem that needs to be solved.
- Ownership of delivering regular reports to respective stakeholders - Create, manage and improve custom reports with detailed performance metrics to identify, monitor, and improve data consistency and reporting.
- Draw insights/ hypothesis from dashboards and analyze diverse data (besides the raw numbers) to draw actionable conclusions
- Build new data sets or aggregate data from existing tables for analysis and to anticipate and automate reoccurring asks
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience inAdobe Analytics Workspace Reporting, Data ware house, Data Feed, Advance Excel, SQL, Power BI
- Required experience in the following
- Advance reporting using Report Builder
- Joins/Sub queries/CTE
- Adobe Analytics Workspace
- SAINT / Rule Builder Classification
- Marketing Channel Setup
- Adobe Configuration Setup
- Experienced in Data extraction, transforming and loading, Data Modelling, Business Intelligence background.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Tools (Adobe Analytics Workspace reporting, Data Warehouse, Report Builder), Excel/PowerPoint and SQL (Good to have)
- Possess good web analytics domain knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create compelling story/decks, narrate a story based on insights generated, and provide relevant recommendations.
