Job Description:

A Brand Promoter is responsible for enhancing the visibility and market presence of a specific brand or product by engaging with potential customers and effectively conveying the brand's message. This role is open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience or freshers, with a preference for female applicants. The salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, with additional incentives for achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, embodying its values and ethos while interacting with customers.

Promotional Activities: Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand and its products or services, enabling effective communication to potential customers.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, answering questions, providing product information, and addressing concerns.

In-Store Promotion: If applicable, promote the brand and its products within retail stores or at events, encouraging customers to make purchases.

Event Participation: Represent the brand at various events, trade shows, and exhibitions, and actively engage with attendees to generate interest.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences and provide insights to the brand for product or service improvement.

Sales and Lead Generation: Encourage potential customers to make purchases or express interest, generating leads for the sales team.

Reporting: Maintain records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to the brand management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically sufficient. However, a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field can be advantageous.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers.

Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the brand's products or services is important for conveying their value to customers.

Sales Skills: Basic sales skills can be beneficial for encouraging customer purchases.

Customer Service: A friendly and approachable demeanor is crucial for providing excellent customer service.

Marketing Awareness: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and promotional tactics.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new products or services and adjust to changing marketing strategies.

Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving performance targets.

Professional Appearance: Maintaining a neat and professional appearance while representing the brand.
