JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Associate Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

  • Overseeing preparation of daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly reports using MS-Excel / Tableau with inputs extracted from Oracle SQL / OBIEE / other inputs provided by client in a time-bound manner (stepping in as a backup / bench execution resource if and when required)
  • Develop client presentations around deep dives and generate actionable insights using raw input data to help clients take required actions
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand the changes within the organization / reporting requirements and identifying growth opportunities and upcoming risks / failure modes for existing and upcoming reports
  • Facilitate and promote proactive client communication.

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably with Diploma in IT, BSc. (IT, Comp. Sci.), BE with 4+ years of work experience
  • Experience working with multinational clients supporting their day to day reporting requirements
  • Good understanding of MS-Excel, Power Point, SQL (Understanding of Tableau is good to have)
  • Familiarity with reports based on call center data will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of other digital marketing domains like Social Media, SEO & Web analytics etc. (Good to have)
