• 1.2-2yrs experience as a Team Lead in Outbound (Sales/Collections) preferably from any Domestic BPO

Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and compliance of outbound calls, adhering to banking regulations and ethical sales practices.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to management.
