Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Identify customers' needs and preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
Offer test drives and explain vehicle features.
Sales Process:
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
Discuss pricing, financing, warranties, and promotional offers.
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, features, and specifications.
Be knowledgeable about competitors' products and services.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
Create and maintain a customer database for follow-up and referrals.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.
Assist with inventory management and vehicle displays.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
A passion for automobiles and an understanding of vehicle features and specifications.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
