Customer Management

1. Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback
2. Visit site frequently to meet the concerned site incharge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation

1. Prepare, consolidate and analyze Plant plan and budget

Planning & Scheduling for Plant Commissioning

1. Ensure certification from the respective Plant Heads after successful commissioning of the plant ensuring all gaps in the projects commissioning are closed

Product Delivery

1. Deploy manpower at site for smooth execution of pours
2. Optimize the route plan for TMs for their safe and timely passage
3. Perform site appraisal prior to pour with respect to determining the shortest motor able route, condition of site, matching of time of pour with client, measurement if required and QC infrastructure of client
4. Plan the installation of Pumps and pipelines, movement of TMs and movement of Application engineers to the concreting site

Product Rate

1. Ensure closure of sales targets (as per role specific KPIs and targets) within the price range specified in the SOP

Production Execution

1. Assess the available equipment back-up for execution of order
2. Track the standard deviation of the produced batch to ensure quality of concrete is within permissible limits and take corrective measures
3. Formulate and implement execution plan as per the production schedule

KRA7

Resource optimization

1. Perform daily checks for optimal utilization of the batching plant and machinery
2. Minimize losses in case of rejections or order cancellations by diverting materials or lining up other orders

KRA8

Safety & Statutory Compliance

1. Ensure adherence of statutory compliance of plant by liaisoning with relevant government officials (operational compliance like electrical department)
2. Ensure adherence to electrical safety measures in plant (usage of PPE such as Hand Gloves and shoes)
3. Ensure adherence to safety measures for batching plant and surrounding areas and implement lockout tag out
4. Communicate and ensure handholding of safety standards with the customers
5. Conduct hazard analysis and identify Health & Safety risks to develop control measures in order to minimize/eliminate them
6. Conduct Safety Audit of all the equipments in the plant as per schedule
7. Ensure monthly internal safety audits are completed and safety checklist are updated and tracked
8. Ensure that the safety procedures and compliances are followed as per safety guidelines at plant
9. Ensure TM and pump vendors comply safety parameters
10. Record all safety related observations/incidents on MySetu

KRA9

Business Development

1. Perform lost order analysis and analysis of new customers in the market
2. Develop a priority list of market opportunities to explore in their respective market
3. Develop competitive proposals and presentations for potential/ prospective clients and high priority target customers
4. Interact with local officials of competitors to collect information regarding prices, incentives, discounts etc
5. Monitor Daily customer wise sales and collection data and ensure timely collections

Sales

1. Achieve the sales target in terms volume, product mix & segment ratio at agreed price positions to achieve maximum realization for the region
2. Review and appraise the performance of sales promoters periodically
3. Prepare Sales Promoter Commission (SPC) agreement including Customer list in the beginning of financial year
