Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in Permanent or Contractual IT staffing, you will be a key driver in expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and creating bespoke staffing solutions that cater to their temporary IT staffing needs.
Research about key decision makers in the organization and selling them Macropace Recruitment & Staffing solutions
Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Identify leads, Initiate sales cycle, Initiate and manage Email campaigns
Keep prospective client database updated
Your role will be instrumental in shaping the success of our Permanent & Contractual IT Recruitment & Staffing services.
Setting up conference calls/Meetings for the Business Manager
Strong understanding of IT Roles, Technologies and Industry dynamics.
Ability to grasp complex IT requirements and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target industries, trends, and potential clients with requirements for temporary IT staffing. Lead Generation: Employ a multi-channel approach, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms, to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their contractual IT staffing needs and aligning our services to meet those needs.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their temporary IT staffing demands, including specific roles and project scopes.
Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that address clients' unique IT requirements.
Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing structures that meet clients' expectations and align with their temporary staffing needs.
Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiations with clients to finalize terms, conditions, and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Performance Metrics: Set ambitious sales targets, consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placements and fulfill client staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
