Job Description:

As an HR Executive / Recruiter at Elegant Enterpriser, you will play a vital role in our mission to build a team of dedicated professionals who will drive the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to help us achieve our vision of a cleaner and more technologically advanced world.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, both technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and provide valuable insights to make informed decisions.
Manage and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates.
Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate new hire orientations and provide necessary information and training materials.
Collect and process new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee benefits and address inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
Talent Development:

Work closely with department managers to identify training and development needs.
Collaborate with training providers to organize relevant training programs for employees.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.
Compliance and Reporting:

Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports for management.
