Job Description 'Responsibilities :
1. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including OEMs, contract manufacturers, and design engineers.
2. Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions based on our product portfolio.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
5. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including answering product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and engineering, to gather customer feedback and ensure customer requirements are met.
8. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with the experience of 3+ Years/5+ years for Sr. Sales Engineer
2. Previous experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the electronic component distribution industry is preferred.
3. Strong technical knowledge of electronic components, their applications, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
5. Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
9. Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales-related software tools.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.'Â
