âœ' Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
âœ' Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
âœ' He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.
âœ' Handing over the customer portfolio to the back office and ensuring satisfactory service to the customer.
âœ' Meeting customer requirements and demands.
âœ' Customer feedback from time to time.
âœ' Tending to customer complaints and coordinating with the plant to resolve the issues at the earliest.

Requisite Skills: âœ' Must have a bike
âœ' The candidate will be responsible for visiting various clients.
âœ' He will have to visit clients in the city he has been employed as well as nearby regions.
âœ' Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.

Desired Skills:
âœ' Decent communication skills ( Verbal and written)
âœ' Prior experience in direct sales/cold calling/ field job would be preferred.
âœ' Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook)
âœ' Should have building products/materials industry knowledge.
