  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Absence Time Tracking Specialist to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Absence and Time Tracking modules within the Workday platform
  • This role involves collaborating with HR, employees, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee time-off requests, leave administration, and time tracking processes

Responsibilities-

  • Configure and maintain the Workday Absence Management module, including leave plans, accruals, and absence-related workflows
  • Maintain and manage Absences Time Tracking related business processes, configurations (ie, Time Tracking Absences rules and eligibility, New Absence plan, Reporting), and key administrative features of Workday
  • In-depth knowledge of touch points of Absence/Time Tracking functional area
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely
    processing of employee time and absence data
  • Troubleshoot issues and questions reported by the business related to
    Absences Time Tracking
  • Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding absence-related inquiries and provide guidance on leave policies and procedures

Qualifications -

  • Must have 4 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, Absence Time Tracking
  • Certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking or related areas are a plus
  • Extensive Experience in configuring new Absence plan and Time tracking templates
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
  • Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
