Designation: State Head (Sales & Collection)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the retail and rural market while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
  • It is a business management role covering business deliverable, collections, people, process, and market development
  • This role would be responsible for driving the overall P&L for the region (Revenue, Assets, Collection & ROTA).
  • Manage sales channels and design periodical incentive schemes for the regional sales and collection team Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales and collection teams based out in different areas.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales.
  • Coordinating with legal department for sending the legal notices to the non-payment accounts.
  • Monitoring accounts & developing reports to ensure compliance with legal statutes & initiating strong legal action in case of continuous payment default.
  • Monitor market intelligence and developments by conducting field visits and meeting dealers.
  • Oversee the DSAs, DSTs and other sales teams in all aspects (achieving target, attitude, discipline, compliance, product knowledge of the company & competitors)
  • Oversee collection efforts for the region and manage the loss line.
  • Act as a direct link with the customers; especially the key accounts in the region.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with credit team regarding customer applications
Desired Candidate Profile:-
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial vehicle finance.
  • Graduate is mandate.
  • Must have sales/ collection / recovery experience team handling experience
