Job Location – Chennai Designation – Manager/Sr. Manager (IC Role) Experience – 2-5 Years Job Description: Onboarding new clients following Prudent's processes (securing BORL, PAN Card, GST No., RFQ, Placement Slip, SAIBA entries) Preparing policy summaries in our brokers'/networks' online tools Retention and Cross-selling Meeting clients, preparing MOM, doing a gap analysis, proposing coverage, submitting RFQ through QMS, preparing recommendations through QCR, Placement, SAIBA entries, etc.) Building and maintaining relationships with our broker partners through prompt, proactive, complete, and relevant communication Communicating Prudent updates/posts to our clients/prospects on ; brand building among our international network partners Sending Prudent company or regulatory updates to clients and brokers Maintaining data bases of brokers, insurers, clients to send Prudent news Higher level knowledge of Property, Marine, Liability, Financial Lines, and EB insurance. Maintaining end to end client relationship, retaining them (as applicable) and actively finding cross sell opportunities from the existing clients Having Consultative approach/experience in small to mid-size Employee Benefits Placements Overseeing the CL client relationship, collaborating with internal departments and ensuring service deliveries as per international department standards/expectations. Knowledge of risk management – Property Loss control and Marine loss control. Additional skills Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably able to use higher level functions in excel Well Organized Self-guided Detail-oriented and conscientious Solution-oriented (proactive in identifying root cause and proposing appropriate solution) Goal-oriented Team player/collaborative High level listening skills (ability to infer additional meaning from written communication from our broker partners through the tone of the communication, not just the specific instructions) Ambitious
