Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled SEO Expert to join our marketing team at Trzy Innovationz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SEO strategies that will improve the visibility of our brand and make our web page rank at the top of search engine results pages (SERPs). The SEO Expert will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute SEO campaigns that generate organic traffic, improve rankings, and optimize the user experience on our website. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies designed to improve the search rankings of Trzy Innovationz's website and digital assets. Focus on increasing organic search traffic, improving keyword rankings, and achieving top positions for targeted keywords. Conduct detailed keyword research to determine the best keywords for our business and align them with content creation and optimization strategies. On-Page SEO Optimization: Ensure that all website content, landing pages, and blog posts are optimized for both search engines and user experience. Optimize metadata, headings, images, and internal links for targeted keywords to improve rankings. Continuously audit the website for SEO issues, such as broken links, page speed, and mobile-friendliness, and work to resolve them. Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that ranks well on search engines and resonates with our audience. Ensure that every piece of content on the website is optimized for search engines (including blog posts, landing pages, etc.). Conduct regular content audits and suggest improvements to maintain relevance and maximize SEO benefits. Link Building & Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute a strategic link-building campaign to improve domain authority and search rankings. Seek out and establish high-quality backlinks from relevant industry websites, blogs, and influencers to increase trust and visibility. Monitor and remove toxic backlinks that could harm the site's ranking. Technical SEO & Website Optimization: Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO changes, including improving site speed, enhancing mobile optimization, optimizing site architecture, and fixing crawl errors. Conduct regular website audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure that our website meets Google's core web vitals and other SEO performance standards. Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine visibility and improve the website's appearance in search results. SEO Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to monitor and report on the website's SEO performance. Provide actionable insights based on analytics and suggest optimizations to improve rankings and traffic. Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions. Web Page Ranking Optimization: Continuously work on improving the webpage's ranking, focusing on the most competitive keywords in the industry to achieve top rankings on Google and other search engines. Implement advanced SEO techniques and strategies to outrank competitors in targeted niches. Monitor and adjust the SEO strategy based on ranking changes and competitor movements to ensure we stay ahead in SERPs. Local SEO: Optimize our website for local search results and improve local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and managing local SEO campaigns. Leverage local content and backlinks to increase brand authority within specific regions or markets. SEO Trends & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies. Implement new strategies and tools to keep the website rankings at the top of search results and adapt to evolving search engine algorithms. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all projects. Educate team members about SEO strategies and the importance of SEO optimization in driving business growth. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on improving search rankings and organic traffic. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc. Skills & Knowledge: In-depth understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and SEO audits. Proven experience with technical SEO, including page speed optimization, mobile optimization, and schema markup. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze SEO metrics to inform strategies. Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce SEO or working in the entertainment/OTT sector. Knowledge of paid search (PPC) and integrated marketing strategies.
