• Should be able to manage a team of around 8-10 electrical engineers

• Project Planning:
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
o Develop detailed project plans, timelines
o Identify resource requirements and allocate resources effectively.
o Create risk management plans and contingency strategies.

• Execution and Monitoring
o Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
o Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and maintain timelines.
o Conduct regular status meetings and report updates to stakeholders.
o Manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
o Monitor Individual KPI's and SLA's
o Individual Performance Evaluation – Conduct one-to-one performance evaluation meetings, document the feedback and share with the employee and monitor performance.
o Identify loopholes and bottlenecks in project progress, work with the project owner to get the project on track and escalate if required

• Process, KPI & Performance Documentation
o Understand the process workflow, research and finalize a project management tool
o Understand, standardize and create Process flow documents, Memo's, SLA's and KPI's

• Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate regularly with clients, team members, and leadership.
o Address concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships.
o Ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are met.

• Quality Assurance:
o Establish quality standards for project deliverables.
o Ensure that all project outcomes meet the agreed standards and objectives.

• Project Closure:
o Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
o Prepare detailed project closure reports and documentation.
o Ensure a smooth transition of project deliverables to operations or clients.

• Good Understanding of Solar PV & Energy Storage products, design and engineering for projects in the US.
