About the Role:
Radical Minds is seeking a

highly experienced and dynamic HR leader

to drive our

high-volume hiring strategy

for BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have

strong expertise in bulk hiring, talent acquisition, talent engagement, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Volume Hiring & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute

high-volume recruitment strategies

to meet business growth and hiring demands.
Oversee

end-to-end recruitment

for various roles including frontline agents, team leaders, and middle management.
Build a strong talent pipeline using

job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-in drives, and hiring events.
Implement

innovative hiring methods

to attract and retain top talent in the BPO industry.

Stakeholder & Team Management:
Collaborate with

business heads, hiring managers, and leadership

to understand workforce needs.
Work closely with

recruitment vendors, staffing partners, and third-party agencies

to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and tracking achievements.
Conduct

regular meetings with stakeholders

to align hiring goals with business needs.

Process Optimization & Employer Branding:
Improve hiring efficiency by integrating

HR technology, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment analytics tools.
Optimize the

hiring funnel

to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate experience.
Lead

campus hiring initiatives, job fairs, and industry collaborations

to boost employer branding.
Ensure that recruitment policies align with

company goals, compliance standards, and best hiring practices.

Performance Metrics & Data Analytics:
Track and analyze

hiring metrics

(time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, attrition rate, etc.).
Provide

data-driven insights

and reports to leadership for continuous improvement.
Leverage

AI-driven recruitment platforms

to streamline hiring processes.

Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to

labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies

during recruitment.
Manage

background verification (BGV) processes

and documentation for new hires.
Develop and implement policies to improve hiring efficiency and reduce attrition rates.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of HR experience in the BPO industry

with a strong focus on

mass hiring.
Must be

currently in a Managerial role

handling bulk hiring for BPO/ITES.
Proven track record of

scaling recruitment operations

in a

fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong experience in

stakeholder management and team leadership.
Excellent

problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

in hiring.
Familiarity with

HR software, ATS, job portals, and recruitment automation tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to handle

large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM

in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
Certifications in

Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analytics, or HR Tech

(Preferred).
