Senior Salesforce Developer
Summary:

A seasoned Salesforce Developer with over 7 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce implementations. Expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and user experience. Proven ability to deliver robust solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with 500+ users, leveraging both declarative and programmatic tools. A proactive team player and mentor, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, emerging Salesforce advancements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences by integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Lead full life cycle implementations, org/data migrations from legacy systems, and system optimizations for enterprise clients with over 500 user licenses.
Architect solutions for automation, process optimization, and customer engagement using declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve software issues using tools like Developer Console, Debug Logs, and Salesforce Inspector.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and AI-driven innovations, incorporating new features to meet evolving business needs.
Mentor team members, review designs/code, and share best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.
Work with Agile teams to plan sprints, create and refine user stories, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans and test cases, ensuring robust and reliable software deliverables.

Skills and Expertise:

Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, Triggers, Batch Jobs.
Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, SnapLogic and other middleware tools.
Data Management: Org/data migration, data modeling, security settings, and Salesforce Shield.
DevOps: Git, AutoRabit, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments.
Problem-Solving: Root cause analysis, performance optimization, governor limits management.
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, design and architectural patterns.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII), Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and or other relevant certifications.
Preferred Tools: Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), Marketing Cloud, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with global and cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Extensive experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance sales processes and customer service operations.
Proven ability to design and implement advanced Salesforce features like Opportunity Management, Lead Conversion, Case Management, and Knowledge Base.
Expertise in creating seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, SnapLogic and AppExchange tools.
Skilled in designing solutions to manage complex sales workflows, service requests, and customer interactions using Salesforce capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud data models, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and custom objects.
Experience in building custom Salesforce communities and portals to enhance customer and partner engagement.
Knowledge in Data migrations and data quality management using tools like Snaplogic, Snowflake, dbt etc.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
