Brief Description Owns relationship with key accounts as sole owner of product data delivery with ever-deepening knowledge of customers' business processes, communicating key learnings with internal teams to foster exceptional partnerships. Drives results that tie back to strategic business goals for specific customer accounts, Channel, Sales, and the Data Syndication & Customer Success tea Job

Description

• Maps customer required data attributes to Zurn Elkay internal attributes in PIM, creating custom functions as required, for dynamic, on-demand data delivery to accounts.

• Manage product data and analytics onboarding for new retailers, defining best practices and streamlining our onboarding process

• Oversee the product activation process, ensuring products are strategically categorized for maximized selling exposure, and accurately filtered

• Proactively manages and coordinates product data updates through assigned retailers, ensuring product catalogue and attribution is complete for customers.

• Initiates content requests and ensures timely and accurate delivery to customers, working with members of cross-functional teams.

• Monitors retailer websites for data completeness and accuracy, driving continuous data improvement requests with appropriate internal teams, with KPI tracking.

• Communicates data quality standards and requirement changes based on vendor, retailer, SEO and market trends/feedback.

• Analyses data from customer reporting tools to identify trends, recommends products for customer activation, create promotions, optimize brand presence and improve conversion. analyses category plans and customer taxonomy for eCommerce.

• Reports on ZE current state customers required product data completeness and quality, championing data improvement with cross-functional team

• Supports key account customer experience through customer communications and cross functional initiatives with Channel, Sales, Care, and Operations

• Keep up to date on current and road mapped PIM features, functionality, and terminology

• Identifies process improvement opportunities, defining solutions and influencing their rollout.

• Governs and manages content for import/export into/from an enterprise-grade data management system, including maintenance, quality standards, naming, and file-type consistency from both internal and external sources.

• Participate in related special projects and new initiatives as needed.

• Partners cross-functionally with account management and channel marketing team to facilitate and lead onboarding for new retailers, product activations and updates, account best practices and offering optimization.

Job Specification:

(Education, training and experience)

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 3-5 years' relevant work experience preferred

• Experience within sales or marketing in the manufacturing or matrix environment preferred

• Previous experience with keyword optimization and working within a PIM platform preferred

• Experience with wholesale customer data platforms preferred (Vendor Central, IDM, IMA, etc.) preferred.

• Prior experience or knowledge of commercial plumbing products, or building materials preferred. Competencies / Skills:
