Job Title: Social Media Manager Company: The Ink Moon Location: Sector 135, Noida Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid: Onsite+Remote) The Ink Moon is an emerging art print business that specialises in creating and selling original digital artwork characterised by a warm, bohemian, and cozy aesthetic. We aim to offer affordable luxury prints that enhance home decor. As we prepare for our launch, we're seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging graphics, images, and captions for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest that align with our brand identity. Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timely engagement with followers. Daily Story Posting: Create and manage daily stories on Instagram and Facebook to keep the audience engaged and informed about new releases and promotions. Photoshoot Assistance: Collaborate on the planning and execution of product photoshoots, assisting during shoots and ensuring high-quality visual content. Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries and requests across social media channels and email, ensuring a positive and responsive experience. Email Marketing: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email newsletters and marketing campaigns to engage our subscriber base. Analytics Monitoring: Track engagement metrics, website traffic, and social media performance to provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvement. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the art or e-commerce industry. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and a strong understanding of their best practices. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative storytelling. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A passion for art and home decor is a plus. Why The Ink Moon?
