Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our healthcare advertising agency as an Assistant Manager in Brand Planning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives for healthcare clients. The role encompasses strategic thinking, HCP insights/consumer insights, understanding pharmaceutical molecules & brands, secondary data mining on various health conditions & cultural trends, promotogram development, project management, collaboration, and effective communication.
Job Description:
1. Strategy Thinking:
• Develop and implement innovative brand strategies tailored for the healthcare sector.
• Align strategies with the unique needs and regulations of the healthcare industry.
2. Consumer/HCP Insights:
• Conduct thorough research to understand healthcare consumer and professional insights.
• Translate insights into strategic plans that resonate with target audiences.
3. Secondary Data Mining:
• Utilize various sources to gather relevant secondary data specific to healthcare.
• Analyze healthcare data to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Data Analytics:
• Leverage data analytics tools to gain actionable insights for healthcare campaigns.
• Implement data-driven approaches to enhance healthcare marketing effectiveness.
5. Project Management:
• Oversee end-to-end project management for healthcare clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and deadlines.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with healthcare clients' goals.
7. Attention to Details:
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to details, particularly in healthcare compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in healthcare-related data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in brand planning, preferably in healthcare advertising.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
