Job Title : Oracle Cloud CX Consultant Location : Pune Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Cloud CX Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud - CX to join our client's team. As an Oracle Cloud CX Consultant , you will work directly with clients to support and enhance Oracle's Customer Experience (CX) solutions, including Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Eloqua, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Redwood UI. This is a support and enhancement-focused role requiring strong technical skills, hands-on experience with Oracle CX products, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with client CRM teams to gather support and enhancement requirements for Oracle Cloud - CX products. Perform hands-on development, coding, unit testing, and bug fixing for the Oracle CX suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Eloqua, OAC). Conduct impact analysis of system changes and enhancements. Develop and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to support enhancements and customizations. Provide production support and troubleshooting, addressing critical issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Support the Redwood UI implementation to ensure a modern, efficient user interface. Assist in system monitoring, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to update on progress, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Qualifications : Total Experience : 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud CX solutions. Mandatory Skills : Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud CX products, including Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Eloqua (Marketing Automation), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Hands-on experience with Redwood UI and Oracle's modern design system. Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients in a clear, concise manner. Proven experience in working on support and enhancement projects, including troubleshooting production issues. Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and customization within Oracle Cloud environments. Preferred Skills : Strong background in requirement gathering, system analysis, and client interaction. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management. Technical expertise in creating and managing technical documentation (TDDs, system integration documents, etc.). Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree (optional) in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud CX or related Oracle products are highly desirable.
