PropTiger.Com helps home-buyers through the entire home-buying process through a mix of technology-enabled tools as well as on-ground support. What does this role hold for you…??
Market & Customer Understanding:

● Discover unmet consumer needs and prioritize opportunities for driving user engagement using our rapidly growing data, user research, competition analysis, and other qualitative and quantitative techniques.
● Actionable insights on user behaviour and process improvement ensuring that SEO and engagement efforts are user-focused and enhance the overall user experience from start to finish. ● Understand business objectives and conduct competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify key impact drivers and translate them to measurable KPIs.

Product Development and Innovation:

● Diagnose and solve for SEO growth, providing technical and non-technical support. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
● Implement SEO recommendations including on-page optimization and off-page optimization tactics.
● Manage agencies, vendors and in-house teams in all areas impacting SEO
● Continuously iterate and improve engagement strategy and features based on user behavior and feedback.
● Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform product decisions

Data-Driven Decision Making:

● Leverage analytics and data insights to measure the impact of features and make informed product decisions.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, and conversion, and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Collaborate with the technology team to refine and optimize SEO growth strategy
Collaboration and Communication:

● Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, business team, and other departments to align product efforts with broader business objectives. ● Communicate the vision, progress, and results of SEO initiatives to stakeholders. ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm updates to keep our SEO strategy innovative and competitive.

Apply if you have…
● 3+ years of product management or related experience working on SEO and engagement for a B2C website with 2Mn+ user base
● Knowledge about system architecture and technical strategy needed to support SEO initiative (desirable)
● Strong exposure to Google Analytics, HotJar, SQL, and other performance measurement tools
● An emotional connection with your customer and merging objectivity in your analysis while understanding the actual user problems
● Streamlined thinking and logical depth to break down complex problems in solvable steps
● A bias towards swift action and a hunger for results to figure out what's best for your customer- in short,, "Driver Personality with Product Judgment skills"
● A high bar for design and product architecture- something you wish to exemplify in not only your contributions, but also the products you work on
● A technical undergraduate degree from tier 1/ 2 institutions (desirable)
● Hands-on software engineering experience (desirable)
