Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Head to join NEO HEIGHTS in a full-time, on-site capacity. This senior leadership position will be pivotal in developing market planning strategies, driving sales initiatives, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, and overseeing public relations efforts. The Business Development Head will be instrumental in elevating NEO HEIGHTS' presence not only within the civil industry but also in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sectors, positioning the company as a total EPC contractor.
The ideal candidate will bring a multitude of experience in industrial projects, particularly within MNC environments across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of leading high-level business development strategies to drive growth and enhance our visibility in these key regions.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in

Market Planning ,

Marketing Management , and

Market Research .
Strong

Sales

and

Public Relations

skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with MNC clients.
Extensive experience in

EPC Projects , particularly within

Industrial

and

Commercial Sectors .
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
B.E. Civil

and

MBA in Marketing

preferred.
Demonstrated experience in converting

project values

exceeding ₹25 Crores.
Strong networking capabilities and deep connections in the industrial construction sector across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
