Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We&aposre seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.

4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and company procedures.

6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing financial risks.

7. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and other relevant information to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

8. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in industry events.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

3. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.

Skills:

1. Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools and software.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying and mitigating risks.

5. Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
