What You Can Expect: As a Senior Account Associate, you will be working at the Client Place in Pune and managing and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns, provide strategic insights, and drive client satisfaction. Your expertise in multitasking, attention to detail, and understanding of industry trends will be crucial in ensuring the success of our clients' projects. Key Responsibilities: A. Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and expectations - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects, discuss future plans, and offer strategic advice - Update client in advance for any kind of delays or obstacles that might affect the ongoing work - Make sure the client gives confirmation on emails / official communication channels before beginning any work B. Day-to-Day Task Coordination: - To be able to pitch and present ideas, plans and strategies to clients, creators and third parties - Ensure accuracy and compliance in all account management activities through regular quality control checks (QC) and documented reviews - Oversee and coordinate the efforts of internal teams, including content, design, editors, and more, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards - Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices - Synthesize information and communicate effectively with various teams, ensuring a highly organized approach to project management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded C. Strategic Oversight and Execution: - Oversee and execute miscellaneous requests in the daily running of accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on ideas and campaigns D. Mentorship and Development: - Mentor and support Junior Client Servicing Associates, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organisation - Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling additional services to clients, contributing to the growth of the business - Exhibit a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing to drive the success of client campaigns E. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Collaborate closely with Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Creative Teams to understand project requirements and deliver client needs F. Turnaround Time (TAT) for project completion - Ensuring all the projects assigned are met on the given deadline - Must help the team overcome any hurdles they're facing by suggesting solutions and bringing in more structure to make everyone work efficiently - Delegating tasks to ensure the simultaneous execution of multiple tasks - Prioritise tasks across various brands & teams ensuring timely & accurate delivery of client work - Strategizing and organizing the sequence of tasks and activities required to achieve specific objectives within the department or organization, and compliance within the organization G. Upselling and Business Development: - Identify opportunities with the internal teams to upsell services to the client, basis requirements and future strategies - Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices to encourage the adoption of additional services Requirements - Minimum 1.5 years to 03 years of experience in Advertising agency handling multiple brands -Should be from Pune or willing to relocate to Pune - Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to optimize systems and processes for efficiency. - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry trends and client needs
