customer data and feedback

to identify trends and enhance service offerings.
Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them align Shipsy's solutions with their business goals.
Work cross-functionally with

sales, product, and leadership teams

to develop scalable customer success programs.

Key Requirements
MBA/Bachelor's from a Tier-1 institute

(preferred).
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategy

in a

B2B SaaS company .
Proven track record of

driving customer success initiatives and revenue growth .
Hands-on experience with

customer success platforms

(e.g.,

DevRev

or similar tools).
Strong understanding of

product adoption strategies and customer lifecycle management .
Experience working with

management consulting firms

to drive strategic initiatives.
Excellent

analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills .
Ability to

collaborate with cross-functional teams

to achieve business goals.
